No. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value.
Yes. ELESTAL sells exclusively to retailers. To open an account, we ask for your email, company name, store address, and a valid business tax number — Tax ID, EIN, VAT Number, or ABN, whichever applies to your business — this keeps our wholesale pricing protected for the stores we work with. Most accounts are approved within 1 business day.
Order directly at elestal.com once your account is approved — wholesale pricing and suggested retail prices (MSRP) are visible after login. To reorder a style, simply scan the barcode printed on that product's tag.
No. ELESTAL products may not be resold through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or any other third-party online marketplace. This protects the retailers we work with by keeping our wholesale pricing off the open market — your ELESTAL products are sold only through your own retail store and website.
Shipping and Returns
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days (orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day). Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. All orders ship from our US warehouse. Free standard shipping on US orders over $100; a flat $7.99 applies to orders under $100. Full details are on our [Shipping Policy] page.
