These terms apply to all approved wholesale accounts and wholesale orders placed with ELESTAL.
ELESTAL Wholesale Access
Wholesale pricing is available after login. Wholesale access is available to approved retailers.
After you submit your application, we will review it within 1 business day and notify you by email — please check your inbox.
Once approved, you can view wholesale pricing, place orders online, and access our product image library through Shopify.
Who We Work With
We work with boutiques, gift shops, lifestyle stores, brick-and-mortar shops, pop-ups, event sellers, studios, and independent online stores with their own websites.
We do not approve marketplace-only sellers, including sellers who only sell on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, or similar third-party marketplaces. ELESTAL is built specifically to serve physical retailers.
No Order Minimum
There is no minimum order amount. You can order one piece per style, test new designs, and reorder what sells. No case packs or forced bundles.
Pricing & Retail Tags
Wholesale prices are shown after login. Product cards include suggested retail pricing to support in-store merchandising. Retailers may set final prices based on their store and promotion strategy.
Wholesale prices may change due to material costs, production costs, or restock batches.
Shipping
Wholesale orders ship from our U.S. warehouse and follow our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- U.S. orders over $100 ship free.
- U.S. orders under $100: standard shipping starts at $7.99.
- Express shipping is available when shown at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help before the order ships. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders are final sale for change of mind, over-ordering, slow-moving inventory, wrong style selection, and other non-quality reasons.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit when reported within 14 days of delivery with the order number, product photos, packaging photos, and shipping-label photo.
Product Images & Sales Channels
Approved wholesale customers may use ELESTAL product images to sell ELESTAL products through approved channels. Products may be sold through physical stores, boutiques, gift shops, lifestyle stores, pop-ups, events, and the buyer’s own independent website.
Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and similar third-party marketplaces require written approval.
Account Use
Wholesale accounts are for approved business customers only. We may pause or close an account if account information is inaccurate, products are sold through unapproved channels, product images are misused, or wholesale terms are violated.
